We’re excited to have Mike Hoffman and Chris Clabots from Manbot Coffee Roasters on the podcast today. You'll hear about what it is like to start up your own coffee roaster business and the process in which they go about it. The coffee was delicious and was prepared delicately in the Underground Studio right in front of us. We reviewed a couple of coffee style beers on the show today, you definitely want to hear all about those. Our customers of the week: people who verbally tip their wait staff and leave the bare minimum.
